Freedom Is Not Sacrifice: Rethinking Romans 12:1

Romans 12:1 calls believers to become a “living sacrifice,” but is that what Yahushua taught? When we compare Paul's words to the teachings of Yahushua, a different picture emerges. Yahushua didn't ask us to become sacrifices—He became the sacrifice for us. He called us into freedom, not bondage, rest instead of striving, and life instead of endless struggle.
