Discovered in 1868, the stone bears the inscription of King Mesha of Moab, commemorating his military victories over Israel and his restoration of Moabite sovereignty over territory once controlled by Israel. Notably, it mentions the "House of David," marking the first external reference to King David.

Hebrews 2:11 (ESV) states, "For he who sanctifies and those who are sanctified all have one source. That is why he is not ashamed to call them brothers."

This verse beautifully captures the intimate relationship between Jesus and those He has redeemed.

There was a time when I didn’t recognize what Jesus was showing me. I had no idea what was happening spiritually around me, even when He took me to New Jerusalem. I saw the glory of God—but I didn’t even know what I was looking at. I didn’t recognize it because I didn’t know Him. I didn’t know His Word. And without knowing Him, how could I possibly understand what He was revealing to me?

For me, it always reminds me of Hillary Clinton’s scorn, during an interview in 1992, when she was asked about the ongoing allegations against her husband, Bill Clinton, and she responded by saying, "I'm not some little woman standing by my man like Tammy Wynette."
