This isn’t about marriage as we know it. It’s about identity. It’s about a remnant longing to be called by a righteous name after being stripped of their own. It is the spiritual desperation that comes after pride has failed and Yahweh has exposed the falseness of all other coverings.

There’s a theology that turns Yahweh into something He never was
a detached tyrant,
a cold judge,
a Father who needed blood to feel better.

It says He sat in Heaven while His Son screamed on earth.
It says He turned His back.
It says He took pleasure in watching Him die.

Truly, He has borne our sicknesses
and carried our pains.
Yet we reckoned Him stricken,
smitten by Elohim, and afflicted.

But He was pierced for our transgressions,
He was crushed for our crookednesses.
The chastisement for our peace was upon Him,
and by His stripes we are healed.

We are watching a world grow colder with each generation, and the fruit of that chill is visible in the hearts of our children. Joy without compassion. Confidence without character. Morality without the Spirit of Yahweh. We call it innocence, but much of it is simply detachment—a learned blindness passed down through well-meaning parents who were themselves raised in broken systems.

Yahushua,
I don’t want to hurt anyone with my words.
I don’t want to burn so hot that I scorch the ones still waking up.
And I don’t want my passion to become poison in someone else's ears.

And above Him… A sign. Simple, wooden, Roman. But in the language of Heaven, it screamed.

"Yahushua HaNotzri V’Melech HaYehudim."
(Jesus the Nazarene and King of the Jews)

A phrase Pilate thought was political.
But what it really said—what it spelled in Hebrew—
was nothing short of divine thunder:

Yod – Heh – Vav – Heh
יהוה

The Name.
The Covenant Name.

Throughout Scripture, the fox appears in moments of destruction, deception, and mockery. Though small in stature, this creature is often linked to spiritual threats—whether through overt attacks on Yahweh’s people or through subtle, creeping sabotage that ruins fruitfulness from within. From Samson’s fire-bearing foxes to Yahushua’s rebuke of Herod, each mention reveals a deeper message: the enemy may come sly, mocking, or cloaked in authority—but Yahweh always exposes and overcomes.

Ethan the Ezrahite was no ordinary man. He was a man of wisdom—so much so that Solomon’s brilliance was measured against him (1 Kings 4:31). A Levite, perhaps, or a temple musician, Ethan wasn’t just a singer of songs—he was a seer of the covenant. He knew the promises of YHWH.

Yahushua didn’t come waving a flag or calling for statehood. He came to fulfill the Torah, to call the lost sheep of Yisra’ĕl back to the Father, and to restore the covenant through His own blood.

People call you loud, or offensive.
But it’s not volume they’re reacting to—
it’s the weight of truth you carry.
And truth makes people squirm.

Their darkness reacting to your light, and often neither knows its taking place.

It happens in the workplace.
It happens in families.
And yes, it happens—painfully—in churches.

There’s a kind of warfare that doesn’t scream or shout.
It weeps.
It pleads.
It falls facedown and dares to cry out, “Father… forgive them.”

And hell hates it.

Because mercy disarms the accuser.
Mercy echoes the cross.
Mercy crushes the serpent.

But if you’ve ever dared to pray for the wicked, you’ve probably heard it:

We are living in a generation that clings to the promises of God—yet forgets the pathway that leads to them. "God's promises are unconditional!" we shout, while the very Word of God declares again and again:

“If you walk in My ways…”
“If you keep My commandments…”
“If you humble yourselves…”
“If you abide in Me…”

They were meant to bear His Name.
Meant to carry the fire of Mount Sinai,
To proclaim the voice that thundered from Heaven,
To remember the blood that saved Egypt’s firstborn.
(Exodus 19:5–6, Exodus 12:13, Deuteronomy 4:10)

They were called to be a light to the nations—
But instead, they built walls.
(Isaiah 42:6, Romans 2:17–24)

In Scripture, we see a powerful truth—we are not bound by the choices of those who came before us. We are not defined by our family’s past, the mistakes of our ancestors, or even the expectations of the world.

YHWH gives each of us the ability to choose righteousness, to walk in His ways, and to become part of His set-apart people.

When the Pharisees accused Yahushua in John 8:48, saying, “Do we not say well that You are a Samaritan and have a demon?”, they weren’t just slinging random insults. They were revealing a deep spiritual pattern of rebellion that reaches all the way back to Ephraim, Sennacherib, and the divided kingdom of Israel.

Many of us long to see our loved ones grow deeper in faith, but spiritual growth is ultimately the work of YHWH. If your husband is still on "milk" and hasn’t yet developed a hunger for deeper spiritual truths, don’t lose heart. Prayer is powerful, and Scripture gives us the perfect words to pray over him.
