Summary Parts 1-5 | The Wilderness Series – A Prophetic Call Back to Truth
Bible Study | Ecclesiastes Wilderness Series
Before the fire falls, we must first see where the flame went out.
Summary Post: A quick recap of Parts 1–5 from The Ecclesiastes Wilderness Series—a prophetic study on what happens when the gift of wisdom is no longer rooted in the fear of Yahweh. This summary post highlights the early unraveling of Solomon’s devotion, exposes the spiritual rot in the modern Church, and prepares the way for a deeper return to faithful worship with the One True God, Yahweh.
INTRODUCTION
This is the cry that has echoed through every part of this series:
Come out of her, My people. Prepare the way. The King is coming.
We are not in ordinary days. We are in days of separation—
Between light and darkness
Between truth and tradition
Between the wisdom of Yahweh and the words of men
The Wilderness Series is not just a study. It’s a shout.
A cry from the edge of the religious system calling the Bride back to holiness, back to covenant, back to Yahushua.
Let this post draw the pieces together—and ready the way for what comes next.
PART 1: Ecclesiastes in the Fire – What Solomon Got Wrong
“The fear of יהוה is the beginning of wisdom, and the knowledge of the Set-apart One is understanding.”
— Mishlĕ (Proverbs) 9:10, TSR2009
Solomon once walked in Yahweh’s favor, but Ecclesiastes shows us a man who wandered from wisdom and began to speak confusion. He called wisdom “vanity”—but it was not wisdom that failed him, it was his rebellion that corrupted his vision.
“For when they knew Elohim, they did not esteem Him as Elohim… their reasoning became vain, and their hearts were darkened.”
— Romiyim (Romans) 1:21
Solomon was once wise. But he stopped listening to the Teacher.
PART 1.5: Who Tells the Truth About Death? Qoheleth vs. Yahushua
Solomon said the same thing happens to everyone: wise or foolish, all die.
But Yahushua said otherwise:
“Everyone living and believing in Me shall never die at all. Do you believe this?”
— Yoḥanan (John) 11:26, TSR2009
There is a death that is final—and a sleep that leads to life.
Yahushua is the dividing line.
Qoheleth’s despair is not truth—it’s a warning. Yahushua is the truth.
“The hour is coming… those who have done good, to the resurrection of life; and those who have practiced evil, to a resurrection of judgment.”
— Yoḥanan (John) 5:29
PART 2: When Wisdom Wanders – What Happens When You Stop Listening to Yahweh
“Professing to be wise, they became fools.”
— Romiyim (Romans) 1:22
Solomon’s fall reveals the danger of using Yahweh’s gifts without revering Yahweh Himself.
“Set your heart to seek יהוה your Elohim... and serve Him with a perfect heart and with a willing mind.”
— Diḇrĕy haYamim Aleph (1 Chronicles) 28:9
Wisdom must remain rooted in the fear of Yahweh—or it becomes pride, compromise, and ultimately… idolatry.
PART 3: Sun Worship vs. Son Worship – The Hidden Drift in Solomon’s Fall
Solomon didn’t just sin—he drifted into false worship, building altars to Molech, Ashtoreth, and Baal. This was not just adultery. It was apostasy.
“Guard yourselves, lest you be drawn away to bow down to them and serve them.”
— Deḇarim (Deuteronomy) 11:16
The Church today has bowed to created light instead of the Light of the World.
We preach emotional light, cultural positivity, and personal truth.
But the Son brings the fire of obedience, not the warmth of compromise.
“I am the Light of the world. He who follows Me shall by no means walk in darkness, but possess the light of life.”
— Yoḥanan (John) 8:12
PART 4: The Real Gospel – What Yahushua Actually Preached
Yahushua didn’t preach religion.
He preached the Kingdom. He declared:
“Repent, for the reign of the heavens has drawn near.”
— Mattithyahu (Matthew) 4:17
The real Gospel includes:
Repentance
Obedience to Yahweh’s commands
The call to die to self
The urgency to prepare for judgment and return
“Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Master, Master,’ shall enter… but he who is doing the desire of My Father.”
— Mattithyahu (Matthew) 7:21
The modern gospel has been stripped of its teeth—but Yahweh is restoring the roar.
PART 5: Voices in the Wilderness – The Rise of the Forerunners
Yahweh is raising up Elijah voices again.
Not polished, not popular—but purified.
They cry out in the desert. They tear down mixture.
They prepare the way for the returning King.
“A voice crying in the wilderness: Prepare the way of יהוה; make straight a highway for our Elohim!”
— Yeshayahu (Isaiah) 40:3
We are that voice.
This is that moment.
Scriptures That Tie It All Together
Ecclesiastes 12:13 – Fear Elohim and guard His commands.
Matthew 7:13–14 – Narrow is the way that leads to life.
2 Timothy 4:3–4 – They will not bear sound teaching, but heap up teachers to tickle their ears.
1 Peter 4:17 – Judgment begins at the house of Elohim.
Revelation 18:4 – Come out of her, My people.
Joel 2:1 – Blow the shophar in Tsiyon! Sound an alarm on My set-apart mountain!
Malachi 4:5–6 – Behold, I send you Ěliyahu the prophet before the great and awesome day of יהוה.
PERSONAL DECLARATION
I will not follow the voice of confusion.
I will not build altars to comfort.
I will prepare the way of Yahweh.
I will walk in His wisdom, obey His Word, and worship His Son—not the sun.
I am a voice in the wilderness.
And I will not be silent.
In Yahushua’s Name, Amein.
